1. Housekeeping & Meal Prep Plan — $600/Week
A clean, organized home and nutritious meals can have a tremendous impact on a family’s overall well-being. But when schedules become busy, mobility becomes limited, or life simply gets overwhelming, keeping up with household responsibilities can be difficult.
Our Housekeeping & Meal Prep Plan provides practical support with everyday household needs, helping clients and families maintain a comfortable and welcoming home environment.
Services may include:
- General housekeeping and tidying
- Laundry and basic household organization
- Kitchen and living-area upkeep
- Meal planning and preparation
- Preparing nutritious meals according to the client’s preferences and needs
- Assistance with maintaining an organized household routine
At $600 per week, this plan is designed to take some of the everyday pressure off individuals and families so they can spend more time focusing on what matters most.

2. Non-Medical In-Home Caregiving Services — $580/Week
For individuals who need additional assistance at home but do not require medical care, our Non-Medical In-Home Caregiving Services provide compassionate, hands-on support while promoting independence and dignity.
Our caregivers can assist with appropriate non-medical daily living needs, helping clients remain comfortable and engaged in their familiar surroundings.
Support may include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Support after hospital discharge, including pick up from the hospital
- Companionship and social engagement
- Help with personal routines
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with errands and everyday tasks
- Mobility and safety support within the home
- Respite support for family caregivers
- We even offer in-home child care as an exclusive care option in itself (rates to be determined based on duration of care and frequency).
The goal isn’t to take independence away from a client — it’s to support independence wherever possible.
For $580 per week, families can have greater peace of mind knowing that their loved one has compassionate support available at home.

3. Post-Partum Care for Women Experiencing Birth — $250 for 2 Days Per Week
The arrival of a new baby is a beautiful experience, but the postpartum period can also be physically and emotionally demanding. New mothers deserve care, rest, encouragement, and practical support as they recover from childbirth and adjust to life with a newborn.
Our Post-Partum Care service is designed to provide supportive, non-medical assistance during this important transition.
For $250 for two days per week (4 hours each day), support may include:
- Assistance with light household responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Helping create a calm and comfortable home environment
- Support with everyday routines
- Assistance that allows Mom time to rest and recover
- Compassionate companionship and encouragement
- Practical support during the transition into motherhood

Postpartum support isn’t about expecting a new mother to “do it all.” It’s about creating an environment where she can rest, recover, bond with her baby, and receive the support she deserves.

A healthy support system can make the postpartum transition feel less overwhelming. Hashtag Together Care Group is proud to provide practical assistance during a time when families are adjusting to an entirely new chapter.
Our postpartum services are non-medical in nature and are not a substitute for care provided by a physician, midwife, nurse, lactation consultant, or other licensed healthcare professional.
4. Support for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities or Unique Learning Needs — $580/Week
Every person has unique strengths, abilities, preferences, and goals.
Individuals with developmental disabilities or unique learning needs may benefit from consistent, compassionate support that encourages participation, independence, confidence, and connection.
Our Support Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities or Unique Learning Needs are designed to provide personalized assistance based on the individual’s circumstances and goals.
Support may include:
- Assistance with daily routines
- Companionship and social engagement
- Support with appropriate life-skills development
- Assistance with community participation
- Encouragement of independence
- Support with household routines
- Assistance tailored to individual learning and developmental needs
- Respite services for family caregivers
Respite Care: Supporting the Caregiver, Too
Caregiving can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also become exhausting.
